Fill in the details, pick a logo, copy the block into Outlook or Gmail. The logo is embedded in the signature, so it still shows for people who block remote images.

Copy from the preview, not the code. Pasting the rendered block is what carries the logo across. The mail client then keeps its own copy of the image.

  1. Copy the preview block.
    2. 
        
  2. Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Mac: Outlook → Settings → Signatures. Web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.

  3. New signature, name it SiF, paste it in.
    4. 
        
  4. Set it as the default for new messages and replies.
    5. 
        
  5. Send yourself a test, then reply to it — replies are where signatures break.

  1. Gear → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.

  2. Paste it in, then set it under Signature defaults for new mail and replies.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and hit Save Changes, or Gmail throws it away.
